Privacy notice

This website collects enquiries for Josh Callaghan, Managing Director of Fletchers Mornington Peninsula.

What you share

When you enquire, we collect your name, email, phone number, property address, intended timing and any message you choose to provide. We also record the campaign link used to reach the enquiry form and the time you give permission to respond.

How the information is used

Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss a property assessment or selling strategy, and keep a private record of that conversation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to general marketing.

Storage and access

The website and private lead register run on Cloudflare using AGENTLYST Grow. Enquiries are available to Josh through his authorised workspace and may be delivered to his business email. Service providers process information as needed to operate these systems.

Your choices

Property snapshots

The property tool uses your address and the property details you confirm to look up public evidence in Agentlyst and conduct AI-assisted research through OpenAI. Your contact details are not sent to the research service. Estimates use agent-reviewed recent sales in Agentlyst where suitable evidence is available. Additional public sale evidence must pass source checks before use. The basis of each estimate is stated with the result. Results may be unavailable where evidence is limited. Approved suburb statistics are shown with their reporting period and source. Property snapshots are cached privately for up to seven days to avoid repeating research. The tool does not access private vendor reports, buyer notes or contact records.

Website operation

No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are installed in this prototype. The auction video connects to YouTube only when you choose to play it. YouTube then processes technical information under its own privacy policy. Security controls use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit automated form submissions. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service.
